Clinical Pilates focuses on core stability, as well as improving posture, strength and flexibility. Recent research has shown Clinical Pilates to be extremely effective in managing pain and gaining optimal function of the body.

Although Pilates itself can be beneficial for everyone, it needs to be tailored to each individual and monitored to ensure optimal function, efficiency and accomplishment of desired outcomes.

Clinical Pilates (as opposed to generic Pilates classes) identifies this key issue by applying carefully selected exercises to clients with specific injuries, problems or health conditions.

Our Clinical Pilates classes are for men and women of all ages, abilities and body types. We incorporate mat, circuit and reformer work in each session.

We currently have Clinical Pilates classes in our clinic twice a week, including Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Spaces are often limited as it is vital that we supervise and attend to all of our clients during a class.
